His work spans three BAFTA-winning series and a Grierson-nominated directing credit, with primetime credits across Channel 4, BBC, ITV and major US networks.

For three years Connor held a core advisory role on the MrBeast team, the most-subscribed individual creator on YouTube, working across strategy, pipeline and content development on the main and Philanthropy channels.

He has worked with over 50 creators and contributed to more than 5 billion views across ecosystems including PrestonPlayz, REACT and Sidemen.

At IPX, Connor leads platform strategy and post-launch optimisation, bringing performance analysis and audience intelligence that goes well beyond what YouTube's own dashboard tools surface. He knows what the data actually means, and how to act on it.
